RediPRO™

RediPRO™, a highly reactive, ready-for-use, nature-based dispersed polymer significantly increases pulp retention and water drainage in papermaking operations.

Ideal for coated and uncoated fine paper and newsprint production, RediPRO dispersed polymer acts as a powerful magnet for fiber fines and fillers, improving drainage and retention and increasing paper production speed by up to 10 percent in some systems, according to Joel Henley, Business Director, North America Papermaking Innovation. Available in totes and tankers, RediPRO dispersed polymer is an ingredient derived from renewable resources that is easily incorporated into existing wet-end systems. 

RediPRO dispersed polymer is typically used in closed or challenged systems and is added into the thin stock of a paper machine for maximum effectiveness and reactivity. The product may potentially replace some base wet-end starch to reduce costs, potentially decrease system demand for coagulants and drainage aids and decrease reliance on synthetic chemical for a cleaner process.
