Coated publication applications place a premium on strength and printability. Our OptiPRO® and CATO® performance starch products can help coated publication producers achieve strength levels beyond expected mill capabilities. These starches yield higher surface and internal strength, as measured by internal (Scott) bond, IGT and Mullen burst. It also helps the mill increase the efficiencies of its operations through improved retention, drainage and printability.
